Tracy Borkum is the owner of Urban Kitchen Group restaurant collective (CUCINA enoteca in Newport & Irvine). Having founded Urban Kitchen Group in 1995, her dynamic collective currently consists of five California-Italian inspired eateries in San Diego and Orange County as well as a full-service catering company and an online retail shop, where she sells the everything from the wine to the furniture and design items that she curates within her restaurants.
