My very first job was Burger King when I was 15. Then I worked at a bakery and was a actress for years. My first restaurant job was a hostess at Salt Creek Grill and when I turned 18 I applied to serve at On The Border. Soon after I became a cocktail server / bartender and worked everywhere in CA from SF to the inland empire. I bartended for a very young couple at a dive bar in Rancho Cucamonga for 6 years and they inspired me to open my own bar. They always told me to not do it and how horrible it was. The couple got a divorce and ended up getting rid of the bars so I was fired. My next step? Buy my own bar and create my own position and my own dream. I opened my first bar, Daily Dose with another bartender in 2009. My partnership with her did not last long and soon after I met @just_under_7 As I worked tirelessly everyday with a staff of 4, he decided to join me in running the bar. After years of our dreams of opening a bigger bar and creating a bigger ownership team we created @bosscatkitchen Our mission was to create more owners and to help people with their dreams. To this day I have made 5 people owners. I have 2 more on the horizon and I am excited to grow the ownership team. As the foundr this has been my dream… to create the dream team.
