Executive Pastry Chef Chef Franck RiffaudFranck Riffaud, of Park Hyatt Aviara Resort’s, was born in France, where his grandmother taught him to cook, instilling a respect for the quality of the produce in each dish. At the age of 17, Riffaud went to the Culinary School of Quercy Perigold in Souillac. While there, he learned all aspects of French culinary skills and sultures, and discovered his love of sweet foods, especially pastries.
