Chef Gustavo Arnada’s, new restaurant “Tavo’s Cocina”, is focused on celebrating the art of Mexicana cooking. He focuses on traditional cuisine with a fresh approach. Tavo’s Cocina is located in the Trade Fall Hall in Irvine.
