05/15/15 – heard he has moved to Bacara Resort in Santa Barbara, a sister property of the Balboa Bay Resort.
A native Parisian, Executive Chef Vincent Lesage of Balboa Bay Resort developed his love of cooking from is talented mother and grandmother. His inspiration to create works of art with food came from his childhood visits to museums with his family. Chef Lesage attended the Instiut Paul Bocus in Escully. France, studying under some of the most respected chefs in Europe.
