Chef Tia Baker was previously the Executive Chef of The Federal Bar in Long Beach. She started her culinary career as a pastry chef at the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach, later worked her way up Executive Chef of The Clubhouse inside the South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. Chef Tia also served as Chef de Cuisine at Solita in Huntington Beach and Sol Cocina in Playa Vista.
