Theo Schoenegger’s culinary extraordinaire began in Italy, continues to a 3-star restaurant in Germany, then to New York’s famous Palio Restaurant before he became executive chef of New York’s fabled San Domenico restaurant, where his authentic Northern Italian cuisine earned a rare three-star review from Ruth Reichel of The New York Times. He then opened his own award-winning restaurant, Acquario’s, in Palm Beach before relocating to Joachim Splichal’s Patina Restaurant Group.
