Chef "T" Visoth Ouk
Chef “T” Visoth Ouk grew up cooking alongside his Cambodian mother and grandmother since the age of five. He graduated with a degree in culinary arts from Long Beach City College, and has held the position of Executive Chef at The Federal Bar in downtown Long Beach since 2015. Chef “T” grew up and still resides in the Cambodia Town neighborhood of Long Beach.
