Salvatore Giuliano joined Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort and Spa as executive chef for the AAA Four-Diamond resort’s Vue Restaurant and OverVue Lounge. Chef Giuliano wants to connect Laguna Cliffs with local farmers markets, family farms and the business community. He will deliver a European Seafood-forward approach for guests to enjoy at Vue Restaurant and OverVue Lounge.

Chef Giuliano held executive chef positions for over twelve years in resort kitchens in various dining establishments in Temecula’s Wine Country. He has worked at Temecula Creek Inn and The Remington Club by Marriott, as well as Rancho Bernardo Inn under French Master Chef Patrick Ponsaty. Giuliano has executed hundreds of weddings and custom menus for special events and corporate groups. In his twenties, Giuliano owned his own wedding cake bakery in Connecticut, Giuliano’s Fine Cakes, as well as an Italian Pizza Restaurant in California for 10 years.
