Chef Nick Parker was born and raised on a farm in Idaho and has worked in kitchens all over the US with acclaimed chefs such as Mario Batali and David Burke. Among his top projects is a one acre farm and farm-to-table concept he built for an exclusive Inn in the Pacific Northwest. He likes to create seasonal menus that feature hand-picked, organically-grown vegetables and herbs, as well as fresh, seasonal seafood ingredients.
