Drawing from his youth in Singapore and his experience cooking at some of the best Southeast Asian and most acclaimed restaurants in New York, Mohan Ismail has served as Executive Chef of RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen since its inception in 2008.  Ismail has cooked at the James Beard House in New York City and has been featured at the Aspen Food & Wine Classic, Food & Wine Magazine’s Taste of Beverly Hills, Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival and Los Angeles Times The TASTE.
