The opening of award-winning restaurant, Jean-Georges Beverly Hills, marked the first Los Angeles outpost for globally acclaimed chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and with it came a top-notch team of culinary experts that helm the kitchen daily.
Chef Jean-Georges created the menus for the two restaurants at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, as well as the room service offerings. Jean-Georges Beverly Hills serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, while The Rooftop by JG begins serving guests at 11 a.m., with a closing time of midnight. The menu for Jean-Georges Beverly Hills (the signature fine-dining restaurant) centers around Jean-Georges’ famed French-American cuisine, with a soupcon of South American and European flavors thrown into the organic, and seasonal farm-to-table fare.
