Chef Greg Moro apprenticed under Pascal Olhats for 4 1/2 years at Tradition by Pascal in Newport Beach before becoming the Executive Chef of the well-known and loved French 75 in Laguna Beach.

Greg was at the helm for a little over a year, winning ‘Best French Cuisine’ at the very first annual Golden Foodie Awards in 2012.

Greg was then brought into Nieuport 17 as the Chef de Cuisine. After that, he worked at Charlie Palmer under chef Seakyeong Kim at South Coast Plaza.
