Restauration Executive Chef/Partner Erick Simmons is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, classically trained in French and Contemporary cuisine. When he isn’t in the kitchen, he’s shopping the local Farmer’s Markets for fresh herbs and produce, utilizing seasonal and natural ingredients for his menu as well as maintaining a little urban garden of his own.
