Chef Diego Velasco is the Executive Chef of the Memphis Cafe, Vice President of The Memphis Group, and has played an instrumental role in the success of the group since the company’s inception in 1995. Happy Hour is available Monday-Friday from 3pm-6pm. Enjoy $1 off drafts and $2 off wine by the glass. Crafted cocktails are $6 and specialty cocktails are $8.
