Chef Damon Gordon joined Water Grill in 2012 as Executive Chef of the multi-million-dollar revamp of the original Downtown Los Angeles location before opening Water Grill’s second location in Santa Monica. An alumni of Food Network’s “CHOPPED,” Damon’s resume includes Damon Gordon’s Quarter Kitchen at The Ivy Hotel (San Diego), Ono at the Hotel Gansevoort (New York), and Mix (New York), a joint venture between Alain Ducasse and Jeffery Chodorow.
