With almost twenty years of combined front of the house and kitchen experience, Chef Carli Savedra is uniquely qualified to oversee all kitchen operations at Old Vine Cafe, and handle special events including caterings, community wine dinners and wedding receptions. As Executive Chef, Carli’s creativity in the kitchen is unparalleled, and her menu development skills are uniquely cutting edge. Carli is committed to continuing her food and wine education through world travel, personal studies and cooking with well-known international chefs. Prior to joining the Old Vine Cafe team, Carli worked in the kitchen under Charlie Palmer, among many other restaurants throughout Orange County. Carli has a degree in Culinary & Pastry Arts from the Art Institute.
