Chef Brian Lhee
Brian Lhee, Executive Chef of Yusho at Monte Carlo Resort and Casino, was named €œ’Chef of the Year’€ in Las Vegas for the 2014 Eater Awards. Lhee competed against Giada’€™s Giada DeLaurentiis, Carson Kitchen’€™s Kerry Simon, DB Brasserie’€™s David Middleton and Japanese Cusine by Omae’€™s Takeshi Omae. This is Lhee’€™s first Eater Award.
