Chef Ashley Costa is now the pastry chef for Carnevino, as well as B&B Burger & Beer at The Venetian. She joined the company in 2010, working her way up from pastry cook. She has nearly 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry working for multiple restaurants. With a degree and background in pastry, Costa continues to put passion into creating desserts that are comforting and delicious using the highest quality ingredients available. With her new role as the pastry chef, Costa is responsible for overseeing the pastry department for both restaurants and actively seeking creative ways to incorporate seasonal ingredients into new and inspiring dishes. Costa also works closely with chefs to pair handmade desserts with delicious handmade appetizers, entrées and cocktails.
