The Hood Kitchen is excited to announce our new Cooking School under the direction of Chef Thomas Curran – classes and tickets will be available for booking today and will feature an 8 week Basics series, Mom’s night out, Thanksgiving 101 and English Christmas.
Thomas Curran is a graduate of Paris’s famed Le Cordon Bleu and an honors graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. Tom is a professionally trained chef with broad experience in the culinary arts and a passion and talent for teaching.
Most recently, Thomas was owner and chef of Taco Brat, his cool little taqueria, sausage house and beer garden in Costa Mesa. In September Thomas stepped aside to take a little break and prepare for his next journey – to walk across America to raise awareness and money for Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation.
