Breva, the hotel’s signature restaurant, is a Basque inspired brasserie with Mediterranean influences. Fine china in varying patterns add charm to the tables which are set among comfortable banquettes and nooks, and the room sparkles both day and night with lighting that bounces off an expansive, custom designed mirror with faceted glass and wood features.
The Hotel Figueroa’s casual, al fresco dining option, Veranda, offers coastal Mediterranean-inspired fare including specialty pizzas baked in an outdoor oven, along with a selection of light dishes such as salads and sandwiches.
Dushan Zaric will lead the cocktail program at the hotel’s bars including Bar Figueroa, the energetic center of Hotel Figueroa located in the lobby; Bar Alta, an exclusive, reservation only bartender’s table offering the highest level of mixology craftsmanship and personalized service; and Rick’s, a two-story structure with fireplaces and a coastal inspired cocktail menu.
