CAVA, the Washington, DC-based Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant, and culinary brand, announces the opening of its third Orange County restaurant in Costa Mesa.
CAVA’s build-it-yourself, seasonally-inspired menu features a variety of customizable meal options (salads, grain bowls or pitas) made from scratch in-house every day. The menu is specially created to deliver an ultra-personalized experience for each and every guest – featuring over 50 offerings and 58 million possible combinations of bold ingredients and flavors. The Costa Mesa location will open with a seasonally inspired spring menu, which includes roasted carrots, cauliflower, and yellow beets; sumac radishes; and a new savory dressing – spicy lime tahini.
The 2,568 square feet restaurant will seat 41 guests and will also offer additional outdoor patio seats.
