Broken Rice – Irvine – March 2020 – 1 Yr – Anniversary

1273

Broken Rice, originally a popular Orange County and Los Angeles food truck will planted their roots at TRADE Food Hall, (March 2019). The eatery, serving classic Vietnamese staples, uses the textures and taste elements of its namesake, which are fragments of rice grains, and allows customers the opportunity to build the meal by adding delicious combinations of veggies, proteins and handcrafted sauces such as sriracha BBQ, miso curry, peanut sesame, or cilantro lime. The TRADE location will offer two new options: crispy glazed salmon and cajun shrimp, in addition to the food truck’s original offerings of chicken, beef and tofu.

Broken Rice Cajun Jumbo ShrimpThe Broken Rice food truck built a loyal fan base throughout Orange County, and when the space at TRADE Food Hall became available, founder Peter Nguyen jumped on the chance to serve his customers at the unique location. Guests are no longer limited to searching for the Broken Rice truck schedule to plan their weekly lunches, as those near TRADE will be able to visit Broken Rice any day of the week. The brick-and-mortar location at TRADE will also allow Broken Rice to facilitate take-out orders and catering requests.

Beginning Sunday, March 25, Broken Rice is open at TRADE Monday – Saturday from 10:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
