Uwe Roehricht, a 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry, has been named the food and beverage director of Riviera Resort and Spa. In his new position, Roehricht will oversee all food and beverage operations for the 406-room resort, including the signature restaurant, Circa 59. A native of Germany, Roehricht, has extensive food and beverage experience and training, both in the U.S. and around the world. Throughout his career, Roehricht has earned many awards for excellence in service and management, including the national Malcolm Baldridge Award for Quality. Under his direction, Baltimore’s Harbor Court Hotel garnered Five-Star/Diamond status from the American Academy for Hospitality and Science for three consecutive years.
