Pat and Oscar’s franchises in Southern California are planning to announce their rebranding to O’s American Kitchen, after the company filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy last year. The restaurants, known for their bread sticks, will continue to operate under their original name until a formal announcement is made. Until then, fans of the chain can start following O’s American Kitchen on their website or on Facebook and Twitter.
