Chef Christian Rassinoux has headed off to Asia, has accepted the position of Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Shangahi and will also help open other Ritz-Carlton locations in Asia. A fabulous manager’s party was held to toast Chef Rassinoux and to welcome back Rob Wilson who is now wearing the Executive Chef toque. Rob has worked at several Ritz-Carltons, most recently in Marina del Rey. The Ritz Carlton spared no expense and served a decadent selection of foods including a vibrant Paella, Foie Gras and a sinful arrangement of chocolates and desserts. The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel has embraced a new concept, ENO, which offers three delectable items with a little Charcuterie. Etched and lit tall bar tables create an intimate wine tasting room atmosphere. ENO Laguna Niguel is the first location to open on the west coast with others planned in the near future.
