The exciting menu features Durham Ranch Bison Back Ribs, 32 oz Certified Angus Tomahawk Ribeye, Jidori Chicken Wings, Fresh Gnocchi with Durham Ranch Wild Boar Ragout, and Snake River Farms Kobe Sliders.
Two sessions will be held next Wednesday, one at 9:30 am and another at 2:00 pm. All chefs and industry professionals are welcome.
