Raphael, a world cuisine dining experience in Studio City, has launched a new menu featuring Small Bites, adding a new social dimension to dining in its lounge and restaurant. Friends are encouraged to relax in Raphael’s lounge and enjoy a signature cocktail while sharing Small Bites of a variety of tastes, including Water (seafood), Land (meat), Vegetable, Pasta and Raw and Cold Bites. A Small Bite can also be an appetizer course for a traditional meal, or even a lighter alternative to a Large Bite, or entrée.

Raphael’s Small Bites are a globe-trotting foodie’s dream. Snapper Ceviche with cucumber sorbet, Herb Gnocchi made with Pacific Northwest chanterelle mushrooms, Pork Belly spiced with Vietnamese flavors, and Macaroni with Kimchi and Bacon are just some of the unique tastes that executive chef Adam Horton has crafted to delight diners. With 30 Small Bites available, ranging from $7 to $17, guests will certainly be satisfied by the wide variety of palate-pleasing choices available.
