West Hollywood residents and visitors seeking a spot to grab a bite and enjoy specialty cocktails without pretention now need to look no further than Pitfire Artisan Pizza West Hollywood. Owner Paul Hibler presents guests with a full bar program by Mixologist Steve Garcia featuring a cornucopia of cocktails highlighting fall’s finest bounty, as well as a special late-night menu with pizzas and other snacks for the afterhours crowd, including Oven Roasted Chicken Wings with tomato ginger jam and parmesan. In addition to the West Hollywood bar program, Garcia is behind the cocktails at Pie Society, Pitfire Costa Mesa’s recently-opened speakeasy-style bar located behind the Orange County restaurant.
Garcia’s cocktails will focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and housemade cordials. In addition to a full list of specialty spirit labels, the opening cocktail menu includes Rumpkin Pie with Coruba Jamaican Dark Rum, housemade carrot simple syrup, lemon juice, and soda; I Got Beet with Ford’s Gin, housemade beet simple syrup, lime juice, Peychaud’s Bitters, and an orange peel garnish; and Wormhole with Bak’s Bison Grass Vodka, housemade chai spiced simple syrup, lime juice, and unfiltered apple cider, garnished with an apple chip. Pitfire will also be offering a selection of cocktails on tap, such as the Cold Toddy with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, lemon juice, and honey.
