As of Monday, April 4, The Pechanga Buffet has begun a complete remodel, while the resort Chefs are working on an all new menu to rival the best buffets in Southern California.
The new Pechanga Buffet will be filled with exciting interactive food stations and a fresh mix of cuisines from across the globe. Pechanga Vice President of Food & Beverage Dennis Khanh promises the dessert bar, for which the current buffet is famous, will be even bigger and better.
“We are going to be offering one of the premium buffet experiences to be found anywhere,” said Khanh. “Pechanga has always been known for its fine dining restaurants, but when we reopen the buffet in May, Pechanga will be known to have one of the finest buffets there is.”
In the meantime, from April 4, until the opening of the new Buffet the week prior to Memorial Day weekend, Pechanga’s pub and grill Kelsey’s will serve as the interim Buffet. Kelsey’s menu will not be served during that time and the restaurant will use the current Buffet operating times. Kelsey’s will again resume normal operations after the new Buffet opening.
