Papa Murphy’s recently announced the results of their 2011 sales, which grew to $702 million, up over 10% from 2010. The pizza chain was also ranked #1 on Zagat’s Annual Fast Food Survey for the second year in a row and received the highest Overall score in the first-ever Consumer Picks Survey by Nations Restaurant News.
The company ended the year with 1,300 locations all over the United States and are already expecting to open nearly 300 more stores in the future. In a recent internal email from Papa Murphy’s CEO, Ken Calwell, the chain was praised for serving diners and making an impact in their lives. Employees deliver fresh, great tasting pizza to families every day. They make it easy by providing parents with a meal they can cook in their own oven, in the relaxing environment of their homes.
