With the West Coast arrival in fall 2012, he announces the opening of M.A.K.E. and the Matthew Kenney Culinary School, a state-of-the-art education center dedicated to the teachings of Raw and Living Cuisine, in the beachside community of Santa Monica. With plans to share nutritious, flavorful plant-based dishes with locals and visitors alike, his multilayered concept at the upscale Santa Monica Place shopping complex will include a Raw and Living Foods culinary education facility; M.A.K.E., a Living Foods restaurant featuring a one-of-a-kind Raw-tasting bar; as well as a forthcoming marketplace and juice bar.
