From a Single Fire, a Feast Emerges


Michael Pollan invited California’s Bay Area chefs and bakers to created a delicious meal using a single wood fire, a whole goat, and seasonal produce. The 36 hour event delivered an education in cooking with fire, but resulted in loaves of bread, a pizza with goat sausage and mushroom, roasted root vegetables, slow-cooked shoulder and more.
