Los Angeles’ celebrated French restaurant kicks off “Inside the Kitchen with Patina” 2014 cooking class series on April 5.
In celebration of Patina Restaurant Group’s 25th Year Anniversary, one lucky fan will receive two tickets to join Executive Chef Charles Olalia in the Patina kitchen
The first installment of Patina’s cooking class series-taking place bi-monthly throughout 2014-begins Saturday, April 5, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and features a special celebratory three-course menu. Not only do guests have the luxury of cooking in Patina’s kitchen, but Chef Olalia walks participants through the process of preparing a complete meal, from appetizer to dessert, utilizing French techniques. The three-course April menu begins with Sardines “A Day in Nice,” a classic Patina dish; followed by Veal Osso Bucco with Cornmeal Dumplings, served with French style peas and lemon gremolata; and Toffee Souffle with banana ice cream.
Now until May 9, 2014, fans may enter the “Patina Celebrates 25” online sweepstakes by “liking” the Patina Facebook page. Participants are entered in a random drawing to win two tickets to a cooking class of their choice.
