COLAGRECO is anew restaurant launching mid July at Three on The Bund in Shanghai by multi-award winning Chef Mauro Colagreco. The fine dining restaurant was designed by Marcelo Joulia, a French-Argentinean, who studied architecture in France and created his own agency, Naco Architectures, more than twenty years ago.

Colagreco created a menu for the entire restaurant with a balance of flavors, sight, and fragrance for every day. Colagreco plays with herbs, plants, and flowers to produce a work of art. His exquisite skills and wild imagination express a strong sense of place and a unique dynamism in the menu composition.

The building which the new restaurant resides in was built in 1916. Guests can enjoy the stunning views of the Lujiazui skyline, and celebrate the contemporary art of living. It is a place where art, culture, food, fashion, and wellness converge to inspire the enjoyment of a richer life.

For COLAGRECO on the Bund, Naco Architectures has looked for a modern way to let people rediscover the magnificence of the place. From the space, the furniture collection, to the menu cover, each single design element reflects a strong sense of elegance to serve the Chef.

The architecture of Three on The Bund heritage building, the high end indoor refinement, the impressive open kitchen and long marble bar, the largest selection of Argentinean wine in Asia, and the high level of service, deliver all together the best ingredients of a pure moment of pleasure. COLAGRECO delivers the most high-end cross-cultural platform to China.
