Bourbon Street announces its new menu showcasing California Cajun Cuisine, its own fusion of Acadian style dishes comprised of freshly prepared, locally sourced ingredients. California Cajun Cuisine is highlighted by spicy Cajun seafood, blackened chicken, cured red meat, aromatic vegetables and seasoned rice. Designed by chef Cody Storts, Bourbon Street’s inventive new menu features flavorful and mouth watering combinations. The entirety of the menu is New Orleans inspired and Southern California executed.Guests can look forward to signature entrees such as Blackened Sole, rubbed in a signature sweet and spicy blend, accompanied by dirty rice and seasonal veggies, as well as Cajun Surf & Turf skewers featuring grilled top sirloin steak, Yukon Gold potatoes, sauteed jumbo shrimp and lobster, steamed broccoli and zucchini.
