The American Customer Satisfaction Index’s (ACSI) report on fast food and full service restaurants is out next Tuesday. Customer satisfaction scores are provided for America’s largest restaurant and fast food chains on the ACSI’s100-point scale.
This year’s report for the first time includes data on what diners like the best (and least) about their dining experience from cleanliness of the restaurant to variety of the menu to speed of service.
The report also includes scores and analysis for hotels, airlines, and consumer shipping. Nearly 9,000 customer surveys were collected in the first quarter 2013 to produce the report.
