Tiger Woods continued with the tradition of culinary excellence for the 5th annual Block Party at the Grove in Anaheim, benefiting the Tiger Woods Learning Center. Urban western chef Tim Love created the menu for the evening with highlights like rabbit-rattlesnake sausage, spicy manchego rosti, creme fraiche and braised short rib on a three bean ragout with fried greens. Love, featured on Bravo’s Top Chef Masters and Top Chef this season, joins past alumni of creating dinners for Woods event, like Mario Batali, Giada De Laurentis, Bobby Flay and Charlie Palmer.
