Juliette Kitchen & Bar Introduces Weekend Brunch

Juliette Kitchen & Bar in Newport Beach is now serving Weekend Brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  Executive Daniel Hyatt’s menu draws inspiration from locally sourced ingredients, so guests can look forward to enjoying seasonal brunch dishes with a modern American twist. Lending her own touch to the menu, restaurant co-owner Juliette Chung has added her own house-made granola and fresh biscuits to the menu, which also features housemade juices and brunchtime cocktails, such as the Mimosa Lisa and Top of the Morning Irish Coffee.

Following are some of the dishes featured on Juliette Kitchen & Bar’s new Weekend Brunch menu:

Avocado Toast – grilled bread, braised radish, baby heirloom tomatoes, petite hearts, pickled shallots, sea salt

Shrimp & Grits – grilled Hawaiian prawns, aged cheddar cheese grits, tomato compote, grilled bread

Biscuits & Gravy – buttermilk biscuit and turkey sausage gravy

French Toast  – fresh berries and banana

Eggs Benedict – roasted ham, poached eggs, hollandaise, parmesan breadcrumbs, chives

Breakfast Sandwich – choice of ham, or bacon, scrambled eggs, avocado, aged cheddar cheese

Steak and Eggs – grilled hanger steak, potato confit, fried egg, crispy shallots, chimichurri

Corned Beef Hash – braised beef brisket, roasted turnips, potato confit, grilled scallions, fresh horseradish, fried egg, chili aioli

Chilaquiles  – housemade chorizo, fried corn tortillas, salsa verde, pickled red onion, cotija cheese, chicharrones

Pastrami Rueben Panini – sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, swiss cheese

Juliette Burger – mustard aioli, tomato jam, balsamic grilled onions, aged cheddar, pancetta, gem lettuce, Portuguese roll

Housemade Beignets – cream anglaise, chocolate sauce

Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp – vanilla ice cream

Housemade Juices
Wake Up – pineapple, cucumber, lemon juice
Energy Boost – ginger, coriander, lemon, lime

Craft Cocktails
Mimosa Lisa – blended of citrus juices, poblano, sparkling wine
Top of the Morning – Irish whiskey, Intelligentsia coffee, chartreuse cream
Bloody Mary – pancetta vodka, tomato spice blend, bacon and olive garnish
Corpse Reviver – gin, quinquina, orange liqueur and lemon
Death in the Afternoon – sparkling wine spiked with absinthe
