The American Cheesemaker Awards is one of the most prestigious in the U.S. This year, the four days of festivities held at the Fairmont Newport Beach included: cheese tasting, appearances and book signings by celebrity chefs, seminars and demonstrations and the awards ceremony. The winners were announced at the gala dinner and ceremony.
