In a ceremony at Scott’s Monday night, the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences’ President Joseph Cinque presented Scott’s with the coveted International Star Diamond Award. This coveted award recognizes global excellence in restaurants and hospitality, and is the industry’s most prestigious emblem of achievement.
Scott’s is honored to receive this award, which recognizes Executive Chef Mike Doctulero’s exceptional execution of timeless and creative seafood dishes. AAHS Advisor and OC Entrepreneur Randall Letcavage states “Scott’s has become more than just a great restaurant since Robert Redaelli took over as General Manager. It is now the place to be seen in Orange County.”
