Orange Coast College culinary students took the silver medal at the 2015 American Culinary Federation’s National Conference in Orlando on August 3rd. The team represented their school, a local chapter and most of all a profession with a strong commitment to culinary excellence. Chef Bill Barber CEC, coached Adrian Almanza, Annette Alvarado, Zackary Evans, Lauren Lopez and Elizabeth Mendoza to achieve this great culinary award.
