Matt Scroggins has been named general manager of Z’TejasSouthwestern Grill at South Coast Plaza. He most recently served in a similar capacity at one of the company’s other locations before accepting this position. He will be responsible for supervising Z’Tejas’ 75 employees, overseeing day-to-day operations, expanding the restaurant’s catering division, working in concert with Executive Chef Daniel Stevens to coordinate seasonal/special event menus and ensuring that the 250-seat restaurant continues to live up to its reputation as one of Orange County’s most popular dining destinations.
