The Grand Del Mar is pleased to announce the appointment of Elizabeth Huettinger, starting Tuesday, May 28, as wine director of Addison, the resort’s Five -Star/Five Diamond and Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning signature restaurant.
Certified Sommelier Huettinger will be responsible for the care and maintenance of Addison’s 37,000-bottle wine collection. She will supervise the highly trained and credentialed sommelier team, as well as contribute to the outstanding wine dinners, tastings and educational seminars that Addison has excelled at for the last seven years. In addition, she will oversee Addison’s acclaimed proprietary bottling program continuing to expand the concept as she works with winemakers and the other restaurant sommeliers.
