The Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo and Expo Comida Latino will bring together 600+ vendors and 10,000+ restaurant, foodservice and retail professionals to the Anaheim Convention Center, Sunday, August 17 through Tuesday, August 19, 2014.
The expo will feature speakers such as Chef Ferdinand Metz the President Emeritus of the Culinary Institute of America.
