Parkers’ Lighthouse proudly presents Calypso Nights every Friday, starting July 2nd, from 6pm to 9pm on the Parkers’ waterfront patio. Soak up the warmth of Long Beach as you enjoy Calypso Band duo, “Nu Pan Groove,” the perfect soundtrack for these Long Beach summer nights.A special Calypso menu has been carefully chosen by Executive Chef, Jason Stein, featuring the freshest seafood with a tropical twist.
