Xellent Tiramisu Martini

By Spaghettini's Bar Manager Rob Rubinkan 3 oz  Xellent Swiss Vodka, 1oz  Tiramisu Italian Liqueur, 1 oz  Baileys Irish Cream, Splash Starbucks Coffee Liqueur, Splash of half & half, Dash of cinnamon. Rim the inside of the glass with chocolate syrup. Top martini off with powdered cocoa. A dessert you can drink.
