This recipe created by The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel resort’s resident mixologist, Erin Snider. They were made to complement Chef Wan’s hand-crafted ceviche, which drew inspiration from the rich and flavorful regions of Mexico, Peru and Asia.
Yuzu Sour Cocktail
The Yuzu Sour features hints of orange, fresh cilantro and a hint of Yuzu juice.
1 Egg White10 Ice CubesMicro Cilantro (7 sprigs)Sweet and Sour¼ oz. Yuzu Juice.5 oz. Grand Marnier¾ oz. Pisco¾ oz. Grey Goose Orange
- Add 1 Egg White
- Add 10 Ice Cubes
- Add Micro Cilantro (7 sprigs)
- Splash Sweet and Sour
- Add ¼ oz. Yuzu Juice
- Add .5 oz. Grand Marnier
- Add ¾ oz. Pisco
- Add ¾ oz. Grey Goose Orange
