Wolfgang Puck Dill Cream. A delicious bast for their Smoked Salmon Caviar Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 C Sour cream
  • 3 T Shallots – minced
  • 2 T Fresh dill leaves – chopped
  • 1 1/2 T Lemon juice – freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 t Freshly ground white pepper

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use
