Shredded Chicken Tacos
These shredded chicken tacos are perfect in a shell, over rice, or with a slew of toppings. Plus, you’ll have enough for the entire family or leftovers.
1 packet taco seasoning1 cup chicken broth1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts1/2 cup salsaflour tortillas
- 1. Add broth and taco seasoning to the crockpot and mix.
- 2. Place the chicken breasts in the broth.
- 3. Pour the salsa over the chicken breasts.
- 4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, and then shred with a fork.
